Stuffed Vine Leaves
No more worrying about the choice of appetizers for a nice and cosy friends gathering.
Harvest Foods stuffed vine leaves.
It is ready to be served..... Try the taste with yogurt or a dip. Remove from heat and add lemon. Serve with yogurt.


Foul medames Dish
Surprise your family tonight with a nice Foul meal.
Mix fresh ingredients like: green pepper, lettuce, cucumber, white cheese, garlic and tomatoes cut into small pieces then add to Foul "medames" and stir well. Add vegetable or olive oil. Serve hot.


Foul with Hommos
This is perfect recipe to prepare a meal in a minute.
Mix blended hommos with Foul medames and vegetable or olive oil and be ready for this nice taste!! Serve hot.


Three-Bean Salad
1 Can Chickpeas
1 Can Red Kidney Beans
1 Can White Beans
Drain the three cans and pour beans into a bowl.
Add the following items:
1 Diced Medium Red Onion
Pinch of Salt
Juice of two Lemons
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar
Mix all ingredients. Serve immediately or refrigerate for up to a day.


Hommos Tahina
2 Cans Harvest Foods Chickpeas
3 Lemons
Salt to taste
1 Clove Garlic
1/2 Cup Sesame Paste (tahina)
Drain chickpeas and pour into a food processor. Add all ingredients and blend until smooth. Garnish with whole chickpeas.
Serve in a bowl with Pita Bread.


White Bean Salad
2 Cans White Beans
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 Garlic Clove, crushed
1 Diced Tomato
1 Diced Red Onion
2 Lemons
Sprigs of Rosemary
Dash of Balsamic Vinegar
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
Drain White Beans, place into bowl. Add diced onion, tomato and chopped sprigs of rosemary. Crush garlic clove and add to beans. Squeeze the juice of two lemons, balsamic vinegar and olive oil.
Mix all ingredients well and serve chilled.


Belila Breakfast Cereal (Ashoura)
Used mainly as breakfast. Could be also served as a light dinner (snack).
2 Cans Wheat Breakfast Cereal
1 Cup Milk
1/4 Cup Sugar
Raisins and Chopped Nuts
Pour Wheat Cereal into a sauce pan. Add milk and sugar and heat to boil.
Pour into bowl and let cool
Garnish with raisins and chopped nuts of your choice
Serve as wholesome breakfast or dessert
